The invention discloses an SF6 pressure abnormity early warning device and an SF6 pressure abnormity early warning method of HGIS equipment. The SF6 pressure abnormity early warning device comprises an image collector, a wireless receiving-transmitting device, a monitoring device and a mobile terminal, wherein the monitoring device comprises a single chip microcomputer, a display and a warning device; the image collector is connected with the single chip microcomputer by the wireless receiving-transmitting device; the single chip microcomputer is connected with the display, the warning device and a database; the single chip microcomputer is connected with the mobile terminal by a network interface; the warning device comprises an indication lamp and a buzzer; the single chip microcomputer is further connected with manual input equipment; and the wireless receiving-transmitting device comprises a wireless transmitting device and a wireless receiving device. The SF6 pressure abnormity early warning device is not influenced by limitation of communication protocols and important factors in a data analog-digital conversion process; monitoring data can be directly displayed and a data changing curve is generated; and caution is provided for operation and maintenance workers to analyze and process SF6 abnormity in time, and guarantees are provided for safe and stable operation of power grids and equipment.
