The invention discloses a water stop ring device of a water turbine. The water stop ring device comprises a water stop ring used for stopping water mist from entering a water guide bearing oil tank of the water turbine, the water stop ring is hermetically sleeved with a spindle of the water turbine between the water guide bearing oil tank and a spindle sealing component of the water turbine. The water stop ring device of the water turbine is simple in structure, convenient to mount and capable of effectively preventing the water mist from entering the water guide bearing oil tank.
