The invention provides a synthetic process of rubber vulcanization accelerator CBS. The method is simple, and has controllable process and high repetition rate. The method specifically comprises the following steps: adding an accelerator M and a dispersing agent SDS into a reaction kettle, stirring uniformly, then adding appropriate amount of cyclohexylamine, mother solution and little acid into the reaction kettle, stirring fully and uniformly, dropwise adding sodium hypochlorite solution into the reaction kettle slowly, detecting the oxidation terminal point by using 2-5% of copper acetate when sodium hypochlorite is dropwise added nearing the end, after the oxidation terminal point is reached, cooling the reaction mixture, then filtering and drying to obtain the rubber vulcanization accelerator CBS. The surface active agent SDS is added to improve the dispersion effect of M in a water phase, so that solid and liquid phases can be mixed uniformly, and the appearance and the quality of the product are improved; and besides, the CBS mother solution is recycled and utilized to reduce 20-35% of wastewater discharge volume, the wastewater treatment pressure can be effectively reduced and the environment pollution can be reduced.
