本发明公开了一种黄芩素注射用冻干粉针剂，其制备的方法如下：将黄芩素原料药、卵磷脂和非离子表面活性剂溶解在有机溶剂中，再与水相混合后超声，经冷冻干燥后制成冻干制剂，使用前用注射用水复溶即可形成混合胶束体系，粒径为（110±8）nm。此法可克服黄芩素水溶性差，难以注射给药的问题，同时提高了药物的稳定性。

The invention discloses a freeze-dried powder injection of baicalein. The freeze-dried powder injection is prepared by the following steps: dissolving a baicalein medicinal raw material, lecithin and a non-ionic surface active agent into an organic solvent, then mixing together with a water phase, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and freeze-drying so as to prepare the freeze-dried powder injection. Before use, the freeze-dried powder injection is redissolved by water for injection so as to form a mixed micellar system with the particle size of (110+/-8)nm. The method can be used for overcoming the problems of poor water solubility of baicalein and difficulty in parenteral administration, and meanwhile can improve the medicine stability.
