According to the energy recovery device, the photovoltaic back plate is connected to a cart, the mobility of the device is improved, it is convenient to move away the photovoltaic back plate in the process of replacing a perform, influence to operation is avoided, and the distance between the photovoltaic back plate and the drawing furnace can be adjusted through the cart; the cart is connected with the photovoltaic back plate through a hydraulic lever, the trouble of manual operation is saved, and the angle between the photovoltaic back plate and the drawing furnace can be adjusted better; the photovoltaic back plate can be directly cooled by process cooling water of the drawing furnace, so that cost is saved, or an external cooling system can be adopted additionally and low-temperature refrigerants are used, so that the cooling effect is improved.
