The invention relates to the technical field of the thermomagnetic machines and in particular relates to a heating and cooling system of a thermomagnetic generating set. The heating and cooling system comprises a support body and a valve deck which are arranged correspondingly, wherein a hot fluid inlet, a cold fluid inlet, a hot fluid valve port, a cold fluid valve port and a fluid outlet groove are formed in the support body; the hot fluid inlet is communicated with the hot fluid valve port; a cold fluid pipe is communicated with the cold fluid inlet which is further communicated with the cold fluid valve port; the valve deck is provided with a valve cavity A, a valve cavity B, a communicating groove A, a communicating groove B and a fluid outlet; the fluid outlet is communicated with the fluid outlet groove; the fluid outlet groove is further communicated with the valve cavity A by use of the communicating groove A and communicated with the valve cavity B by use of the communicating groove B; a magnetic driving valve is arranged in each of the valve cavity A and the valve cavity B, and the inlets of the two magnetic driving valves are connected with the hot fluid valve port and the cold fluid valve port, respectively. The heating and cooling system of the thermomagnetic generating set is reasonable in structural arrangement, and capable of effectively improving the heat utilization rate, and meanwhile, improving the integrity with other parts and optimizing the overall structure.
