The invention discloses a gas refrigeration system which comprises a vacuum pumping device, a vacuum boiling device, a steam extraction condensing device and a gas condensing device, wherein a steam outlet of the vacuum boiling device is communicated with a steam inlet of the vacuum pumping device; the vacuum pumping device can pump out steam in the vacuum boiling device and enables the inside of the vacuum boiling device to be kept at a set vacuum degree; a steam inlet of the steam extraction condensing device is communicated with a steam outlet of the vacuum pumping device; vapor entering the steam extraction condensing device is mixed with liquid inside the steam extraction condensing device and then the mixture is condensed; a liquid outlet of the steam extraction condensing device is communicated with a liquid inlet of the vacuum boiling device; the gas condensing device is provided with a refrigerant pipe (16); the refrigerant pipe (16) passes through the inside of the vacuum boiling device and a refrigerant is cooled inside the refrigerant pipe (16); gas to be refrigerated can exchange heat with the refrigerant in the cooled refrigerant pipe (16). The gas refrigeration system effectively solves the problems of complexity, high energy consumption and the like of the gas refrigeration system.
