The invention relates to a striped brushed antiultraviolet and cold-resistant fabric, which comprises a fabric body (1). The fabric body (1) is provided with a plurality of stripes (2) in cross distribution horizontally and vertically, the stripes (2) are embedded in the plane where the fabric body (1) is located and are connected with the fabric body (1) into a whole to form a concave-convex structure. The back of the stripes (2) and the fabric body (1) is equipped with a brushed layer (3). The fabric body (1) is made of a fabric layer, which is coated with an elastic coating made of a PU material. The concave-convex structure of the striped brushed antiultraviolet and cold-resistant fabric enhances the layering of the fabric, and the brushed layer on the back of the fabric enhances the warmth retention performance of the fabric. The fabric provided by the invention has antifouling, waterproof, antiultraviolet and cold-resistant properties.
