本发明公开了一种电机控制线张力控制器，适用工业缝纫机中，包括线张力调整装置和驱动装置，所述驱动装置与所述线张力调整装置相连，所述线张力调整装置中设有转动轴，所述驱动装置包括电机，所述电机与所述转动轴相连并驱动所述转动轴转动。本发明的技术方案克服了效率低下的人力调整方式，提供了一种机械、电子一体化方案，利用步进伺服电机、伺服电机来驱动线张力调整装置，省时省力，提高了工作效率。

The invention discloses a motor-controlled line tension controller applicable to industrial sewing machine. The motor-controlled line tension controller comprises a line tension adjusting device and a drive device which are connected. The line tension adjusting device is provided with a rotary shaft. The drive device comprises a motor which is connected with the rotary shaft and which drives the rotary shaft to rotate. According to the technical scheme, manual adjustment low in efficiency is replaced, a mechanical and electronic scheme is provided, the line tension adjusting device is driven by a stepping servo motor and a servo motor, both time and labor are saved, and work efficiency is increased.
