The invention discloses irrigation arrangement. An aqueduct or a pool and the like, which is higher than the ground or is leveled to the ground is arranged in a region required to be irrigated, water is pumped into the aqueduct or the pool by facilities, such as water pumps, soil around the aqueduct or the pool is kept wet by an infiltration principle, and trees can also be planted around the aqueduct or the pool; a method of burying a pipe can also be used, i.e. a water pipe with a plurality of holes is buried in the soil or in a soil ridge higher than the ground, wherein the holes of the water pipe are wrapped by a material, such as a fabric which only enables water to infiltrate and prevents stagnation by sand and soil, and the water is supplied to the surrounding soil by the infiltration principle. The irrigation arrangement is particularly suitable for a region where water sources are enough but is droughty and can also be used for controlling a desert, so that water is saved, the cost is low, weather can also be adjusted, the water sources are conserved, and rain water is gradually increased. The irrigation arrangement is the same as a method for controlling the desert applied in the application number of PCT/CN2012/001350, and drop irrigation is also suitable for irrigating a droughty region and treating a barren mountain.
