The present invention discloses a combined wall-mounted adjustable scanner, which includes a hanging panel, a holder, a photographing panel and a transparent pressing panel. A front wall of the hanging panel is provided with a carrying surface for carrying a document to be photographed, and a rear wall of the hanging panel is disposed along a vertical surface and provided with a hitching portion. The photographing panel is disposed in front of the hanging panel, and the photographing panel parallels the carrying surface and is obliquely disposed with respect to the horizontal direction. The holder includes supporting rods disposed at two sides of the hanging panel and at the two sides of the photographing panel. The transparent pressing panel is rotatably disposed on the hanging panel. The combined wall-mounted adjustable scanner can be hanged to the wall and used as a photographing scanner by attaching to a cell phone or a tablet PC. Since the combined wall-mounted adjustable scanner does not occupy the space of a desk, the scanner has a good utility. In addition, the combined wall-mounted adjustable scanner may press wrinkles and warping edges of the document to be photographed by adopting the transparent pressing panel, thereby effectively improving the photographing quality.
