According to the central air-conditioner air-out system, the chair is used as the air-out device of the central air-conditioner of the service hall, cold air and hot air temperatures can be adjusted, when only several guests take a rest or wait in the service hall, the air outlets of the central air-conditioner of the hall can be closed, a power switch of the chair is merely required to be switched on, the guests can rapidly feel warm or cool, air-conditioning consumed energy can be saved, resources are saved, and energy saving and emission reduction can be achieved.
