本发明提供一种钢铁设备用耐沾污涂料及其制备方法，该涂料以质量份计含有以下成分：羟基聚酯树脂15～30份，环氧丙烯酸酯35～55份，安息香二甲醚1.5～4份，乙酸丁酸纤维素0.7～1.4份，有机硅氧烷0.3～0.7份，沉淀硫酸钡18～27份，颜料7～14份，三氧化二铝0.2～0.5份，增光剂0.5～1份，硬脂酸锌4～10份。本发明提供的涂料具有优异的耐沾污性能，同时其耐磨强度高，还能耐有机溶剂，对金属的保护和装饰效果好。

The invention provides a pollution-resistant paint for steel equipment and a preparation method thereof. The paint contains the following components in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of hydroxy polyester resin, 35-55 parts of epoxy acrylate, 1.5-4 parts of benzoin dimethyl ether, 0.7-1.4 parts of cellulose acetate butyrate, 0.3-0.7 part of organosiloxane, 18-27 parts of precipitated baryte, 7-14 parts of pigment, 0.2-0.5 part of aluminum oxide, 0.5-1 part of sensitizer and 4-10 parts of zinc stearate. The paint provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent pollution resistance, high abrasion strength, organic solvent resistance and favorable protective and decorative effects on metals.
