The invention discloses a wire drawing die with a nano diamond layer. The wire drawing die comprises a die base with a through hole and the nano diamond layer laminated on the inner surface of the through hole of the die base, wherein the through hole with the nano diamond layer is sequentially divided into a frustum cone-like inlet zone, a working zone, a sizing zone and an outlet zone from top to bottom, the zones are not in smooth transition, and the boundaries of the zones are clear, so that the die is stressed uniformly in the wire drawing process and the abrasion is reduced; meanwhile, the diamond layer laminated on the surface of the inner hole is high in hardness and low in surface roughness, so that abrasion of the surface of the inner hole of the die can be effectively reduced, then the quality of a drawn product is improved, and the service life of the die is prolonged.
