The method comprises steps that: a message which is used for acquiring the discourse right and is sent by a terminal corresponding to a user in a communication group is received, the message comprises an identification of the communication group, an identification of the user and an acquisition frequency of the user for acquiring the discourse right; an identification of a user is selected according to the acquisition frequency of the user in the communication group for acquiring the discourse right and the identification of the communication group; if users in the communication group except the manager presently have no discourse right of the communication group, the discourse right of the communication group is distributed to the user corresponding to the selected identification. Through the method, the users participate more, and flexibility of discourse right acquisition is improved.
