The method comprises steps that: a message which is used for acquiring the discourse right and is sent by a terminal corresponding to a user in a communication group is received, the message comprises an identification of the communication group, an identification of the user and participation information of the user, the participation information comprises voice time length of voice inputted by the user and voice loudness, or the participation information is comprehensive weight of the user, the comprehensive weight is acquired according to the voice time length and the voice loudness of the voice inputted by the user after the terminal receives a discourse acquisition instruction submitted by the user; an identification of a user is selected according to the participation information of the user in the communication group and the identification of the communication group; if the user corresponding to the selected identification presently has no discourse right of the communication group, and the discourse right of the communication group is distributed to the user corresponding to the selected identification. Through the method, the users participate more, and flexibility of discourse right acquisition is improved.
