The invention relates to a method for fabricating a printed wire punched grid and the printed wire punched grid which can be correspondingly fabricated. A core member (1) provided with a printed wire is provided, and injection molding coating is performed in a first part area by utilizing a first plastic layer (2). Subsequently, injection molding coating is performed on the core member in a second part area by utilizing a second plastic layer (8). The first and second plastic layers are overlapped laterally to each other in an overlapping area (13) and together and completely wrap the core member (1). After the second injection molding coating, the first plastic layer (2) and the second plastic layer (8) are welded in a material locking manner. So a gap which can be possibly configured between the first and second plastic layers (2, 8) and enables a hazardous fluid to arrive at the core member (1) from the outside can be partially closed, and then the core member (1) can be prevented from being damage by the entered fluid. The two plastic layers (2, 8) can be welded by means of laser (15) and can alternatively adopt ultrasonic welding or a hot punch to perform welding.
