A converting device for converting B code time synchronization signals into pulse time synchronization signals comprises a CPU (central processing unit), a time holding unit, a pulse output circuit, a main power supply and a bus, wherein the CPU is connected with the pulse output circuit through the bus and is used for receiving B code input signals through the bus and converting the B code input signals into the pulse synchronization signals; the time holding unit 2 is a time signal processing unit and is connected with the CPU; the pulse output circuit is a B code time synchronization signal pulse output circuit and is used for outputting B code time synchronization pulse signals; the main power supply is connected with the CPU and the pulse output circuit; the bus is an external bus for the CPU. The converting device for converting the B code time synchronization signals into the pulse time synchronization signals can convert one-channel B code time synchronization signals of GPS (global positioning system) equipment into the pulse time synchronization signals for output, and thereby the problem that equipment in a transformer substation is only supportive to pulse time synchronization but not supportive to B code time synchronization can be solved.
