A portable partial discharge detector comprises an ultrahigh-frequency sensor, a data acquisition unit and a data analysis and storage unit. An input end of the data acquisition unit is connected with the ultrahigh-frequency sensor, an output end of the data acquisition unit is connected with the data analysis and storage unit, and an output end of the data analysis and storage unit outputs equipment status signals.
