The invention discloses a complex resistance inducer for prevention of tobacco plant viruses and fungal diseases, and a preparation method and application thereof. The complex resistance inducer is prepared by evenly mixing diazosulfide (BTH), salicylic acid (SA), beta-aminobutyric acid (BABA), an organic solvent and distilled water. The BTH has a final concentration of 50-150 mg / L, the salicylic acid (SA) has final concentration of 0.5-1.0 mmol / L, and the beta aminobutyric acid (BABA) has a final concentration of 1- 5.0 mmol / L. The invention avoids phytotoxicity caused by excessive single dosage of salicylic acid; single usage of diazosulfide (BTH) and beta-aminobutyric acid (BABA) have high cost and weak control effect, while salicylic acid (SA) has low cost and good prevention effect, but easily produces injury, so complexing of the three has low integrated cost, and the complex resistance inducer has good synergistic function.
