In the air-warming mode, a control device (50) fully closes the flow rate adjustment valve (4) and opens the open/close valve (6) of the indoor units (2) for which operation has been stopped when the operation of a portion of the indoor units (2) among the plurality of indoor units (2) has been stopped and a portion of the other indoor units (2) have been made to operate.
