A breathable film equipped with a porous body having a surface coated with an oil repellent agent, wherein the linear fluorine-containing hydrocarbon group contained in the oil repellent agent is represented by -R1C5F10CH2C4F9 or -R2C6F13, and the porous body is constituted by binding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene microparticles to one another, to form a breathable film imparted with oil repellent properties. Here, R1and R2 are, independently, C1-12 alkylene groups or phenylene groups. This breathable film is imparted with oil repellent properties without a significant drop in breathability.
