The method comprises the following steps executed through a master platform: butting the master platform and a network management system northbound interface of the heterogeneous network; the master platform reading data from a network management system by using an interface protocol to obtain heterogeneous network own service type information, configuration type information and alarm type information, wherein the service type information, the configuration type information and the alarm type information are composed of an attribute name set, a Chinese name set, a type value description set and a remark set; and storing the obtained integrated service type information, configuration type information and alarm type information. The method is capable of adapting to different type equipment to get the equipment information and perform integration processing on acquired information, and the condition that repeatedly non-selective data transmission occupies transmission resource is avoided.
