According to the simulator provided by the invention, each of the basic characteristics of the intelligent electric meter carrier channel simulation module in an actual communication environment is simulated comprehensively and effectively, and the property parameters of a carrier module in different power line environments is tested effectively; moreover, the cost is low and the operation is convenient.
