The invention discloses a table automatic generating method and system, and particularly relates to a comprehensive automated information table automatic generating method and system. Firstly, comprehensive automated information table templates are manufactured, then the comprehensive automated information table templates are guided into a software system, related information needing to be collected are filled into the selected corresponding comprehensive automated information table templates when used, and accordingly a comprehensive automated information table can be automatically generated and then is uploaded into a network database to be conveniently examined and edited.
