The invention provides a nano metal powder wrapping device and method. The device comprises a thermal insulation shell, a base, a drive motor, a speed regulator, a drive shaft connected to the output end of the drive motor, and a mixing propeller. The upper portion of the drive shaft penetrates the opening right in the middle of the thermal insulation shell and is located inside the thermal insulation shell. The mixing propeller is mounted on the upper portion of the drive shaft. The device further comprises an argon storage tank and a heater. The argon storage tank is mounted in a cavity between the thermal insulation shell and the base. The upper end of the argon storage tank is connected with the lower opening of the thermal insulation shell through an air guide pipe. The lower end of the argon storage tank is fixedly connected with the base. The heater is disposed on the lower portion of the thermal insulation shell. A feed inlet is formed right in the middle of the upper portion of the thermal insulation shell. The feed inlet is connected with a nano metal powder production line. Air outlets are respectively formed in two ends of the upper portion of the thermal insulation shell. Air outlet valves are disposed on the air outlets. By the device simple to operate and convenient to use, the newly manufactured nano metal powder can be effectively prevented from being oxidized, and activity of the nano metal powder can be guaranteed.
