The AC voltage-resistant testing apparatus realizes accurate measurement of a voltage-resistant instrument for the first time and is high in measuring voltage. The voltage testing scope of the apparatus provided by the invention is from 1000 V to 5000 V. The accuracy of the apparatus is high. Voltage is displayed with two decimal points, the precision reaches 0.1 %, and the leakage current scope is from 0.05 mA to 0.25 mA.
