The invention discloses a simulated cartridge case used for a detection test of fire transferring reliability of an explosion valve drive device. The simulated cartridge case only comprises first-level charging space with small volume, and belongs to an actual shrink ratio device of the explosion valve drive device. The fire transferring reliability of the explosion valve drive device can be detected in combination of the simulated cartridge case and two test methods provided by the invention. A first method is a fire transferring reliability test method adopting 75% charge mass, and the test number can be reduced for fire transferring reliability evaluation. A second method is a cartridge case fire transferring simulation test method, and the test cost can be reduced. According to the two methods, the test cost is greatly reduced from different perspectives; and the two methods are combined for detecting the fire transferring reliability of the explosion valve drive device, so that a large quantity of cost can be saved, and true and reliable fire transferring reliability data can be acquired.
