A related rapid determination apparatus for coalbed gas seepage parameters comprises a central control module in a shell, the central control module is electrically connected with a touch display screen, an ethernet communication port and a signal acquisition module; and the apparatus is characterized in that an explosive-proof intrinsic-safe power supply is electrically connected with the central control module, the touch display screen, the signal acquisition module, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a flow sensor; and the signal acquisition module is electrically connected with the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the flow sensor. The invention also discloses a determination method by using the rapid determination apparatus for the coalbed gas seepage parameters. The problem that rapid determination on the coalbed gas seepage parameters is time-consuming and labor-consuming, automation is realized, a pressure determination method is simplified, and accurate coal-gas seepage parameter value is obtained. By combining with the determination method, the pressure release problem generated when the apparatus is unloaded is solved and the bearing destroying problem of the flow sensor is eliminated, coalbed gas seepage parameters are obtained from the touch display screen or a computer through timely programming, and the rapid determination technology for the coalbed gas seepage parameters possesses more advantages.
