The dry-type transformer cooling device with the photovoltaic conversion function is characterized in that the photovoltaic conversion system provides the refrigerating system with electric energy required for operating, the cooling chamber is divided into an upper shell and a lower shell, the top of the upper shell is provided with a round hole allowing a dry-type transformer high-pressure casing pipe and a dry-type transformer low-pressure casing pipe to penetrate through, the part, penetrating out of the round hole, of each casing pipe is tightly sealed through a sealing ring, a dry-type transformer is fixed in a cavity of the cooling chamber, refrigerant flows in the cooling chamber in a circulating mode, the refrigerating system carries out refrigerating cycle on the refrigerant so that the requirement that the refrigerant cools the dry-type transformer can be met, a refrigerant inlet valve is installed at the lower portion of one side face of the cooling chamber, a refrigerant outlet valve is installed at the upper portion of the opposite side face of the cooling chamber, a temperature sensor is also installed at the upper portion of the side face, provided with the refrigerant inlet valve, of the cooling chamber, and the control module is electrically connected with the temperature sensor and a refrigeration compressor in the refrigerating system.
