The invention relates to an embedded biological pre-oxidization aerated filter advanced-treatment method, which is characterized in that an ozone aeration upgrading technology is combined with a BAF (Biological Aerated Filter), and feed water and refluxed fluid from an oxidization area enter a biochemical treatment area of the BAF through a water distribution area to finish the biological degradation of pollutants such as biochemically-treatable organic matters, ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen; a part of supernatant obtained by biochemical treatment is drained from a device as effluent; the other supernatant automatically flows into a refluxing area through a flow guide tube, and enters the oxidization area after being upgraded by ozonized air in an upgrading area, and the effluent in the oxidization area and the feed water enter the water distribution area of the BAF, and enter the biochemical treatment area of the BAF for biochemical reaction after being mixed, wherein the oxidization area is filled with an active catalyst.
