The invention relates to a bonding composition used for oil well water plugging, in particular to an oil well plugging agent. The composite plugging agent for oil well water plugging is composed of polyacrylamide, an aluminium chloride solution, a cross-linking agent and water. The composite plugging agent for oil well water plugging is suitable for an oil well with the formation temperature ranging from 30 DEG C to 70 DEG C, complete crosslinking can be achieved after reaction is conducted for one weak. The water plugging rate of the composite plugging agent is higher than the oil plugging rate of the composite plugging agent, the combining force between the composite plugging agent and a formation rock surface is strong, compared with an existing plugging agent, the composite plugging agent is good in selectivity, long in water plugging validity period and capable of greatly increasing the flow resistance of the water (the plugging rate is larger than 80 percent), reducing the flow resistance of the oil (the plugging rate is smaller than 30 percent) and achieving the purpose of plugging the water without plugging the oil. Thus, injected water breaking into an oil well along a high permeable layer can be effectively reduced, an oil outlet hole channel is not affected, raw material cost is low, and the oil recovery can be obviously enhanced.
