The invention discloses a novel electrified early-warning ground wire which comprises a puncturing wire clamp, an insulation operation stick and an electrified alarm mounting base assembled on the insulation operation stick. An alarm induction coil is clamped on a metal part at the bottom of an inversed-T-type groove opening in a mounting head at the top of the insulation operation stick through an elastic copper piece, and at the moment, the operation stick can be held to perform induction electricity testing operation. It is determined that after a power failure, the puncturing wire clamp can be firmly clamped on a wire through the operation stick, labor is saved, and simplicity and convenience can be achieved. According to the ground wire, the problem that when the wire with an insulation layer is not provided with a grounding ring at the operation place, an operator cannot directly perform electricity verification, and consequently, whether the wire is electrified or not cannot be determined is solved, the electrified induction alarm mode is adopted, the operator can be assisted in determining that the wire is not electrified, and therefore the phenomenon that the operator is strayed in an electrified gap and wrongly climbs a pole and tower, and consequently a rule-breaking accident that a ground wire is hooked in a mistakenly-electrified mode happens is avoided.
