The invention relates to power distribution communication technologies, and in particular relates to a power distribution communication network based on a TD-LTE technology and ring topology. The power distribution communication network based on the TD-LTE technology and the ring topology is used for solving the problems of the existing power distribution communication networks that the operation is unstable, the reliability is poor, the networking speed is low, and the mobile supporting property is poor. The power distribution communication network based on the TD-LTE technology and the ring topology comprises FTUs, wireless transceiver modules, TD-LTE sub base stations, a TD-LTE central base station, a scheduling server, a distribution network master station and microwave channels, wherein all the FTUs and all the wireless transceiver modules are in one-to-one correspondence connection; all the wireless transceiver modules and all the TD-LTE sub base stations are in one-to-one correspondence connection through the microwave channels; all the TD-LTE sub base stations and the TD-LTE central base station are in end-to-end connection through the microwave channels, so as to form the ring topology. The power distribution communication network based on the TD-LTE technology and the ring topology is applicable to the monitoring of a power distribution line.
