The invention discloses a test method of an automobile tire pressure sensor. The test method comprises the following steps of selecting models, placing a product to be tested in a work station, pressing a starting key of the work station and closing a test cabin cover of the work station; starting a pressurization and heating process of the work station, performing the first time process burning on the product to be tested of the work station, performing the next step if the burning is successful and terminating the process otherwise; performing an RF (Radio Frequency) frequency test on the product to be tested of the work station, performing pressurization and heating, performing the next step if the test is qualified and terminating the process otherwise. According to the test method of the automobile tire pressure sensor, multiple detection functions are integrated, the functions can be detected through only one work station, the internal tire environment under the actual tire working conditions is practically simulated, and accordingly the accuracy of obtained test results is significantly improved and the quality of the product is improved.
