The present invention provides a door-opening-proof device used for a motor vehicle, comprising: an outer door handle arranged on an outer surface of a door panel; a door opening operating lever arranged inside the door panel, wherein when the outer door handle is opened, the door opening operating lever rotates at an angle and is interlocked with the outer door handle; and a latch cable connected to the door opening operating lever, wherein an independent balancing weight is arranged at an upper end of the door opening operating lever to be contacted with the door opening operating lever, and the door opening operating lever is pushed outwards by the balancing weight due to forward inertia force during a side collision period of the motor vehicle, and only the balancing weight rotates inwards at an angle through reverse inertia force.
