The invention discloses a file downloading method, device and system. The method includes the following steps: a first terminal obtains file information of a to-be-downloaded file and a device identification of a second terminal associated with the first terminal; the first terminal sends a file downloading instruction to a server, wherein the file downloading instruction carries the file information of the to-be-downloaded file and the device identification of the second terminal; the server generates downloading information according to the file information of the to-be-downloaded file and sends the downloading information to the second terminal according to the device identification of the second terminal; and the second terminal downloads the to-be-downloaded file according to the file downloading information. The file downloading method, device and system are capable of improving convenience of file downloading.
