The invention relates to a universal crimping tool used for cable lugs. Compared with the prior art, the universal crimping tool solves the problem that a cable lug crimping tool cannot be adapted to manufacturing of cable lugs in various specifications. When the upper pressing and clamping block is pressed downwards, the upper limiting tooth makes contact with the lower cable clamping opening, the upper cable pressing opening makes contact with the lower cable pressing tooth, the upper cable pressing tooth makes contact with the lower cable pressing opening and the crest of the lower cable pressing tooth is larger than that of the upper cable pressing tooth. The universal crimping tool can realize manufacturing of cable lugs in various specifications, the crimping process is quick and labor is saved in the crimping process.
