本发明提供一种用于离子注入装置的高电压电极的绝缘结构。该高电压电极的绝缘结构具备：绝缘体（126），具备露出表面（128）；及导体部（130），具备与绝缘体（126）相接的接合区域（138）、及以与绝缘体（126）的露出表面（128）相邻的方式沿接合区域（138）的边缘部（142）的至少一部分而设的耐热部（150）。耐热部（150）由熔点高于导体部（130）的导电材料形成。耐热部（150）可以以与绝缘体（126）的露出表面（128）之间留有间隙的方式配置。

An insulation structure of high voltage electrodes includes an insulator (126) having an exposed surface (128) and a conductor portion (130), which includes a joint region (138) in contact with the insulator (126), and a heat-resistant portion (150) provided, along at least part of an edge of the joint region (138), in such a manner as to be adjacent to the exposed surface (128) of the insulator (126). The heat-resistant portion (150) is formed of an electrically conductive material whose melting point is higher than that of the conductor portion (130). The heat-resistant portion (150) may be so provided as to have a gap between the insulator and the exposed surface (128).
