The invention discloses a clock-domain-crossing clock tree building method, a clock-domain-crossing clock tree building system, an integrated circuit and a manufacturing method. In one aspect, the invention provides a method for building a clock tree. The method comprises the following steps that: a netlist for describing the integrated circuit is obtained, wherein the netlist comprises data which describes physical locations and logical connection of clock receiving ends belonging to a plurality of clock domains on an integrated circuit pattern; and the clock tree is built on the basis of the netlist so that clock units belonging to different clock domains can share more physical locations. According to the method, the clock-domain-crossing clock tree can be optimized, so the performance of the integrated circuit is improved.
