The invention provides a series of novel isorhodanate derivatives. The isorhodanate derivatives are characterized by having a general structural formula as described in the specification. The invention also provides a process route for simple and rapid synthesis of isorhodanate. The series of novel isorhodanate derivatives can be prepared from conventional organic base, carbon disulfide and acetyl chloride at low temperature or room temperature; moreover, separation and purification of the isorhodanate derivatives are simple and easily practicable, and yield of the isorhodanate derivatives is high. The series of novel isorhodanate derivatives exert obvious killing effects on tumor cells; and in particular, a compound 1 and a compound 2 have obvious inhibitory activity on human pancreatic cancer, stomach cancer, intestinal cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, liver cancer, glioma, anti-cis-platinum lung cancer, leukemia and melanoma.
