本发明属于染料化工领域，为解决偶氮分散染料生产过程中产生大量酸性废水的问题，本发明提出了一种偶氮分散染料的合成方法，包括偶合组份析出、偶合组份分散、重氮化、偶合反应，在生产过程中可以大大减少酸的用量，在保证染料质量的前提下，不仅降低了生产成本，还减轻了废水处理压力，较好的实现了环境效益和经济效益的统一。

The invention belongs to the chemical field of dyes, and solves a problem that much acid wastewater is produced in a production process of disperse azo dyes. The invention discloses a synthetic method for disperse azo dyes, and the synthetic method comprises the following steps of: separating out coupling components, dispersing coupling components, carrying out diazotization and coupling reaction; dosage of acid can be greatly reduced in a production process; under the condition of ensuring dye quality, so that not only is production cost lowered, but also wastewater treatment pressure is relieved, and therefore, unification of environmental benefits and economic benefits is realized better.
