The invention relates to a fragile paper anti-fake RFID label and a preparation method thereof. The label comprises an RFID label layer with fragile paper being as a base material. The back side of the RFID label layer is provided with hot melt adhesive. The front side of the RFID label layer is provided with a fragile paper-based temperature-change anti-fake layer. The temperature-change material inside the fragile paper-based temperature change anti-fake layer has a temperature-change threshold value no more than the lower limit value of the melting point temperature of the hot melt adhesive. When the temperature reaches the temperature-change threshold value of the temperature-change material, the color of at least a part of areas of the fragile paper-based temperature-change anti-fake layer can have irreversible changes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing temperature-change anti-fake fragile paper with back glue and a strippable paper lining, and die cutting and shaping the fragile paper for standby application; preparing a fragile paper-based RFID label; and stripping the strippable paper lining of the temperature-change anti-fake fragile paper which is obtained after die cutting, and pasting the temperature-change anti-fake fragile paper to the front surface of the fragile paper-based RFID label in an alignment manner, and thus the fragile paper anti-fake RFID label is obtained. The RFID label in the invention has an excellence anti-fake function.
