The invention discloses a wood-plastic composite material and a profile manufacturing process applied to the field of buildings, gardens, furniture, packaging and transportation. The wood-plastic composite material comprises wood powder, waste plastic, a coupling agent, polyethylene wax, zinc stearate, activated calcium carbonate, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a coloring agent. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: preparing the wood-plastic composite material by using a blending machine, adding the waste plastic and wood powder into the blending machine under low-speed operation, increasing the stirring speed after completing material adding, adding the coupling agent and the coloring agent at 62 DEG C, adding polyethylene wax and zinc stearate at 74 DEG C, adding activated calcium carbonate, the antioxidant and the ultraviolet absorbent at 85 DEG C, heating materials in the blending machine to 110-120 DEG C and cooling to 35 DEG C, and finally forming a product. The wood-plastic composite material disclosed by the invention is simple in manufacturing method, has the appearance of wood, has higher hardness than that of plastic, is strong in rigidity, anti-acid and anti-alkali, moth-proof, good in flame-retardant property, formaldehyde-free, pollution-free and long in service life, and can be recycled.
