The invention discloses a preparation method of germinated glutinous husked rice and soybean composite nutrition powder. The preparation method comprises two main steps: preparing germinated glutinous husked rice powder and preparing composite powder, i.e., (1) washing glutinous husked rice to be clean, and soaking the glutinous husked rice for 14 hours in water of 30 DEG C; then putting the glutinous husked rice into a constant-temperature water culturing solution which is at the temperature of 35 DEG C and contains 10mg/L MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) and 5mg/L CaCl2, and continuing to soak the rice for germinating in a low-oxygen stress environment; after germinating the glutinous husked rice for 30 hours, taking out the husked rice, deactivating enzyme, drying the rice, removing roots and grinding the rice, thereby obtaining the germinated glutinous husked rice powder; (2) evenly mixing the germinated glutinous husked rice powder with soybean meal, liquorice powder, acesulfame and non-dairy creamer, performing baking and cooling, and finally performing packaging. The preparation method has the following benefits: with germinated glutinous husked rice and soybeans as main raw materials, the composite nutrition powder prepared through the processes of grinding, baking, cooling and the like is rich in gamma-aminobutyric acid and high in nutritive value; besides, the finished product looks good, has a comfortable mouthfeel and excellent brewing property and can be directly brewed to drink.
