The three-dimensional image parallax adjustment method comprises the following steps that a mapping relationship is established between a real watching space and a viewing space within a depth range, wherein the depth range of the real watching space is preset through a maximum convex distance and a maximum concave distance, and the depth range of the viewing space is preset through a positive parallax surface depth value and a negative parallax surface depth value; the viewing space is a virtual scene space when being applied to a virtual scene rendering, and the viewing space is a real shooting scene space of a three-dimensional shooting camera when being applied to three-dimensional scene shooting. By adopting the technical scheme, the parallax of an object can be kept within a preset parallax range, then comfortable and reasonable three-dimensional images are obtained, and a good three-dimensional view effect is achieved.
