本发明公开一种鸭种蛋孵化过程中的凉蛋方法，其在孵化过程中，对孵化时间为10-15周天的鸭种蛋进行凉蛋处理，控制每孵化24-48小时，凉蛋一次，每次的凉蛋时间为25-70分钟，其可提高鸭种蛋在孵化过程中胚蛋的通气性，有利于胚蛋通风换气，散发鸭种蛋孵化过程中胚蛋所产生的多余热量，结合喷淋消毒，还可提高胚胎湿度。

The invention discloses an egg cooling method used in a duck egg hatching process. In the duck egg hatching process, duck hatching eggs with an incubation period of 10-15 days are cooled; cooling is carried out for once every 24-48 hours in the hatching process and lasts for 25-70 minutes every time. According to the egg cooling method, the ventilation of embryo eggs can be improved in the egg hatching process, the embryo eggs can be ventilated effectively, and excessive heat generated by the embryo eggs in the egg hatching process can be emitted; the method is combined with spray disinfection, so that the embryo humidity is improved.
