The method for estimating distribution of the wind resources capable of generating the electricity for the millions-kilowatt wind electricity base can overcome the defects that in the prior art, the utilization rate of the wind resources is low, power supply reliability is poor, and the operating stability of a power system is poor, and the advantages of being high in wind resource utilization rate, good in power supply reliability and good in power system operating stability can be achieved.
