The invention relates to a process for efficiently enriching and recovering precious metals platinum and palladium by using a solvent extraction method. The process is implemented by taking isoamylol as an extraction agent and 2-thiourea as an extracting and complexing aid. By virtue of adding 2-thiourea into an aqueous phase to act with platinum and palladium and extracting isoamylol as an extraction agent into an organic phase, a purpose that precious metals and base metals are separated and extracted and precious metals platinum and palladium are enriched is achieved. According to the invention, the separation of precious metals and base metals can be realized, thereby improving the enrichment and recovery rates of precious metals platinum and palladium; used reagents are low in cost, so that the process has a small impact on the environment; the process is simple in flow; the process is a new efficient extraction and enrichment system for precious metals.
