The invention provides a light guiding pipe and a light splitting device for the light guiding pipe. The light guiding pipe comprises a light guiding pipe body and at least one light splitting device. The light splitting device is a light-transmitting device. At least one opening matched with the light splitting device is formed in the light guiding pipe body, the light splitting device penetrates through the opening to be fixedly connected with the light guiding pipe, and muddy solution is arranged in the light splitting device. Compared with the prior art, recycled plastic bottles filled up with the muddy solution are utilized as the light splitting devices of the light guiding pipe. Thus, the light guiding pipe is simple and achieves environmental friendliness. In addition, the muddy solution can further enhance light evenness and refractive index of light in the light splitting devices.
